Buzon UK partners with leading housebuilder Vistry to supply its A-PED Class A fire-rated metal pedestal system for apartment balconies across multiple residential developments, including Beam Park, Alma, Fresh Wharf and Waltham Forest. The system supports 20mm porcelain pavers, providing a robust, non-combustible raised paving solution for modern residential construction.
To enhance performance on exposed balconies, Buzon also supplies A-FIX-WIND-SAFE, a non-combustible, invisible wind uplift solution that securely bonds the porcelain pavers to the A-PED pedestal heads. In areas where future access beneath the raised paving is required, Buzon's removable wind uplift discs are used instead, allowing individual pavers to be lifted for maintenance while still providing effective resistance to wind uplift.
Recognising the scale of these developments, Buzon labels and packages products for each balcony, with each box clearly marked by building, level, plot number and balcony type, enabling installation teams to quickly identify the correct components. This streamlines on-site logistics, improves installation efficiency and helps maintain programme across every phase of the development.
