Station Square Parade is a 2018 residential development right next to Colchester train station. Originally a large office building, it has now been converted into 67 one and two bedroom luxury apartments – some with private balconies and all set around a series of internal private courtyards.
Buzon UK pedestals were used in combination with a mixture of 600×600 and 400×1200 Rowe, Moroto and Umer 20mm thick slip-resistant porcelain tiles from Alfresco Floors to create a raised seating area on what was previously a flat floor and private balconies for all the top floor apartments.
The design, supply and installation contract totalled nearly 500 Sqm of external porcelain paving and a small area of artificial grass – with the Buzon pedestal system supporting everything, at build up heights of around 150mm.
