The reputation of Buzon is growing and as a result Buzon pedestals have been specified across numerous luxury residential and commercial projects across London.
A recent Buzon pedestal application includes 16 town houses with 3 levels of terrace, including lighting, steps and raised planter borders.
The roof had falls of 4% for water runoff and with the unique integral slope correction device, perfect level terraces were achieved, without compromising the waterproof membrane and insulation below. The void created below the porcelain paving enabled all electrics, lighting, and irrigation to be discreetly hidden, however with full access by lifting a paver if required.
Another successful application is 1 America Square, where 350m2 of unused ugly terracing was transformed to give a perfect terrace and planter units.
Due to the high load capacity of the pedestals, 3-ton planter units were installed on top of the porcelain paving, demonstrating the incredible strength offered by the BUZON system.
