## Works commence at The Ram Quarter, Wandsworth

 01 May 2018

The Ram Quarter, formerly the Young’s Brewery site, has been a well-known landmark in the heart of Wandsworth Town Centre for over 150 years. The redevelopment will deliver:

– 661 new homes to the borough
 – 36 storey landmark residential tower designed by EPR architects
 – 9,500 sq m. of space dedicated to new retail outlets, cafes, bars and restaurants
 – around 2,000 car parking spaces

A microbrewery and a brewing museum will also be part of the completed scheme.

Buzon UK have been specified by Ardmore to supply the DPH pedestal system. To date over 16,000 DPH 02-05 pedestals have already been delivered onsite.
